Large rooms with twin beds and the location is handy.

Perfect hotel, staff were very very helpful and the location was marvellous in an industrial neighborhood. Location: the venue was right by the restaurant there, an industrial retail park and a commercial centre amongst a cluster of tyre depots. Besides, Theatre romain was 2 km away from the venue.

The room was very nice for the price. We loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. We enjoyed the fact that the reception is open 24/7, which allowed us to check-in late and even get food and drinks. Being able to take food to our room was also convenient. The hotel amenities were good, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options. Despite a few drawbacks, we found our stay at the Ibis in Soissons to be enjoyable overall.

Set close to a motorway, which helped to explore Soissons. The room was spotless with an extremely comfy bed.

It's a quiet hotel in a peaceful location right by an unattractive industrial park, restaurants nearby and a huge Cora supermarket. All the staff members are polite and welcoming.

Neat building and rooms with a comfortable bed.

The hotel is placed in an accessible location with a reception area offering snacks and drinks. The room is modern, well-designed and equipped with a comfortable bed. The hotel provides a very nice breakfast with diverse options. Reception/ staff are friendly and interactive. The room is free from noise and as per excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.

One member of staff could have been friendlier and less gruff in the late evening.

Marvellous location to explore Soissons and very good service. About 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Not so nice staff!

I enjoyed this peaceful place, stayed there for 2 nights. I was upgraded to a well-appointed room with a double bed. Super-friendly and pleasant staff that liked their guests. The location was quiet, at a short distance from Butte de Chalmont. The stay was fine.

Unfortunately my room was average.

The room was silent and spacious included coffee, climate control, and WiFi. Very good and courteous stuff, could n't ask for more.

Location, but not a big deal.

Convenient location close to the motorway with clean and modern rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet, which was helpful during our Thanksgiving stay. we appreciated the easy access to nearby chain restaurants.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel and get to it once we arrived. We also found the staff to be less than welcoming, and the customer service was not up to par compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip.
